Western Asiatic Style Silver Inlaid Bronze Calligraphic Ewer

20TH CENTURY A.D.

Comprising a bulbous body with flared foot, curving neck with a griffin finial, lidded opening behind the beast's ears; strap handle with a standing feline at the top. [No Reserve]

From the family collection of a Hampstead gentleman; formerly acquired in the 1980s.
