Rome mint; struck AD 74. IMP CAES VESP AVG P M T P COS V GENS, radiate head to right / FELICITAS PVBLICA, Felicitas standing to left, holding caduceus with right hand and cornucopia with left; S C across fields. RIC II.1 715; BMCRE 696. Near Extremely Fine. Some tooling.(12.28gr, 26mm, 5h.).

Uncertain mint. IMP TETRICVS [...]VG, radiate, draped (?) and cuirassed bust to right / [FIDE]S MIL[ITVM], Fides standing facing, head to left, holding two ensigns. Cf. RIC V.1 71. 2.81gr, 22mm, 6h.

Unpublished in the most references. 3.05gr, 17mm, 9h.

Condition as seen. Casting mould sharing two obverse types.
From the collection of a gentleman, acquired on the London art market in the 1990s.
With an impression of the obverse on one side, and the reverse on the other, of the coin being counterfeited this ancient forger's casting mould would have been stacked with others, the molten metal being poured from above and allowed to cool.
