Comprising eighteen oval brown agate beads, each with three etched pale rings, together with two further agate beads of different pattern; each pierced longitudinally for stringing. [20,No Reserve]

    The figure of the goddess Aphrodite stooping to tie her sandal is based on the famous example from the Temple of Aphrodite at Cyrene, Libya, now in the British Museum under accession no. 1861,1127.51.
