AYUTTHAYA, 14TH-16TH CENTURY A.D.
4 1/2 in. (290 grams, 11.4 cm wide).
Squat and carinated in profile with rounded underside, low neck and everted rim; impressed polygonal hatching to underside, horizontal hatchin to shoulder. [No Reserve]

This vessel is part of the shipwreck cargo recovered off the coast of Vietnam at Hoi An. The ceramics themselves were probably made in the area of Chu Dau. -
