ΦΙΛΙΣΤ- (Philist-), magistrate. Griffin advancing to left, ΦΙΛΙΣΤ[...] above, XEP below; c/m: dolphin to left / Artemis Parthenos kneeling to right, holding bow and arrow. Cf.
