LOWER PALAEOLITHIC PERIOD, CIRCA 400,000 B.P.

4 1/2 in. (402 grams, 11.3 cm).

Triangular in form with one scooped section retaining cortex, inked inscription 1437 / TWYDALL'. [No Reserve]
