NEOLITHIC PERIOD, 6TH-4TH MILLENNIUM B.C.
6 7/8 in. (438 grams, 17.5 cm).
With convex cutting edge tapering to a rounded butt; with inked 'neolithique / bretteville le rabat / hache biface / dec 1981' in four lines.
