lentoid in section with broad rounded butt and narrow tip, chipped; with inked inscription to narrow end: 'NEAR / MAXEY / CAMBS'. [No Reserve]

Found near Maxey, Cambridgeshire, UK.
From a collection acquired on the UK art market from various auction houses and collections mostly before 2000.
From an important Cambridgeshire estate; thence by descent.
