CIRCA 16TH-17TH CENTURY A.D. OR EARLIER

1 in. (8.32 grams, 26.82 mm overall, 17.47 mm internal diameter (approximate size British N 1/2, USA 6 3/4, Europe 14.35, Japan 13)).

With broad carinated shoulders, cup bezel with applied beaded wire collar, inset garnet cabochon.

Ex property of a late Japanese collector, 1970-2000s.
