Saxon Silver-Gilt Mount

5/8 in. (1.2 grams, 17 mm).
Discoid mount fragment with punched triangles to the rim, gilded Style I motif to the tondo, short stud to the reverse. [No Reserve]

Each a flat bronze plaque with two panels of horizontal ribbing dividing the upper face, a pair of ring-and-dot motifs to the outer panels and a single motif to the median, loop to the rear edge of each panel and pierced lug to the forward edge; Hines Form B12. 10.16 grams total, 33 mm each

The two clasp-halves are from the same suite but are not a pair - the corresponding half would be similar but with a hook to engage with and fasten the pierced lug. -
