3RD-7TH CENTURY A.D.

4 5/8 in. (134 grams, 11.8 cm).

A hemispherical clear glass bowl with four decorative tiers of cut facets, incised rim.

Provenance

From an important London collection of glass, 1990s.
This lot has been cleared against the Art Loss Register database, and is accompanied by an illustrated lot declaration signed by the Head of the Antiquities Department, Dr Raffaele D'Amato.
