Post Medieval Silver-Gilt Dress Hook Fastener
16TH CENTURY A.D.
1 in. (7.3 grams, 27 mm).
Comprising a plate of three lobes with slotted bar to the reverse and substantial hook above, three domes to the obverse each with loops of filigree enclosing a group of three annulets and a granule, large floral element to the centre.

Acquired in London in 1990.
