MARC OTACI SEVERA AVG, draped bust to right, wearing stephane, set on crescent / PIETAS AVG N, Pietas standing to left, holding globe and sceptre; to left, child standing to right, extending hands toward Pietas. RIC IV 134 (Philip I) var. (MARC OTACIL); RSC 42a var. (same). Very Fine. Extremely rare; unpublished obverse legend variety.(4.28gr, 24mm, 1h.).
