With some good enamel, from Carcharodontosaurus saharicus. 10.3 grams, 51 mm
From the Tegana formation of the Sahara Desert, Morocco, North Africa. Acquired during 1980s. From an old Lincolnshire, UK, collection.
The Carcharodontosaurus saharicus was one of the largest predators (larger than its distant North American T-Rex cousin) of all time and is also related to Allosaurus and the South American Giganotosaurus. -

A vertebra with partial neural arch from the dinosaur Deltadromeus agilis. 364 grams, 12.2 cm
From the Kem-Kem Basin, Morocco, North Africa. From an old German paleontological collection.
Deltadromeus meaning 'delta runner' has extraordinarily delicate and long limbs making it one of the fastest dinosaurs to have existed. This meat-eating dinosaur is an early off-shoot of the theropod line on northern continents that gave rise to Tyrannosaurus and the raptor Deinonychus.
