Comprising spurs of various sizes; including examples retaining rowels and buckles. [3, No Reserve]

Early in 16th century, fashion of spurs changed and the spur were fitted with a much shorter, dropped neck, their rowels ranging from medium seven-point to large short seven points.

The earliest known examples of heraldic pendants appeared in 12th century A.D., when the heraldry became popular among the western medieval knights, and their use as horse harness developed further in 13th-15th centuries A.D.
