Possibly used as a lectern at some point and modified for this purpose with a transverse ledge cut into the rear of the tail. -

Composed of figure-of-eight chain links, elongated suspension loop formed using a twisted iron bar above, flat-section hoop suspending five keys of various types and sizes below. 513 grams, 51 cm
