Medieval Glazed Ceramic Tile With Standing Figure with a Spear
POSSIBLY NORTH EASTERN FRANCE, 15TH CENTURY A.D.
7 1/8 in. (888 grams, 18 cm).
His tunic with vertical stripes and scalloped hem, the spear shaft held in both hands horizontally across his body, legs and face worn; remains of bedding cement to verso, together with Bonham's lot label. [No Reserve]
