Composed of glazed and unglazed vessels including handled pots, a jar, tripod dish, possible candleholder base and a polychrome tiles decorated with a sailing vessel at sea; cracked and chipped. [8, No Reserve]

Medieval Lion Mask Seal Matrix

Featuring a facetted hexagonal shank with lozenge-shaped pierced terminal, discoid matric bearing incuse design of a lion or beast's head facing and sticking its tongue out; surrounding Latin legend: 'OREDE MAChi', possibly for the more typical inscription 'CREDE MIChi' (Believe in Me); accompanied by an impression. 4.4 grams, 22 mm
