Medieval Bronze Knight's Royal Heraldic Harness Pendant
LATE 15TH CENTURY A.D.
1 3/8 in. (8.85 grams, 35 mm).
Of heater-shaped form, plano-convex with suspension loop; remains of blue and red enamelling; reserved royal arms of England (gules three lions passant gardant or) with azure label cadency mark. [No Reserve]

Early in 16th century, fashion of spurs changed and the spur were fitted with a much shorter, dropped neck, their rowels ranging from medium seven-point to large short seven points. -
