Levant & the Near East Zoomorphic Bronze Weight of 1 Qedet. Late Bronze Age, circa 1500-1100 BC.
Bronze weight in the shape of a resting lamb; horizontal groove on base. Cf. Hendin, Ancient Scale and Weights 149 (3 Shekels). Condition as seen.(10.05gr, 30mm x 17mm x 10mm.).
