Large Western Asiatic Silver-Coloured Metal Ring with Calligraphic Gemstone
20TH CENTURY A.D.
1 1/4 in. (17.85 grams, 31.25 mm overall, 20.15 mm internal diameter (approximate size British U, USA 10, Europe 22.52, Japan 21)).
Comprising a decorated hoop supporting an oval bezel set with a glass intaglio, engraved with calligraphic text on a hatched background, flowers and leaves on the field. [No Reserve]

From the family collection of a Hampstead gentleman; formerly acquired in the 1980s.
