Found whilst searching with a metal detector in Suffolk, UK, on 1st March 2020. Declared as Treasure and disclaimed by the crown with Treasure reference no.2020 T424; and recorded by the British Museum's Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS) with report no.SF-0DE329. Accompanied by a copy of the report on find of Potential Treasure for HM Coroner. -

Square limestone panel with low-relief carvings on both broad faces: one side depicts the god Ptah wearing the characteristic tight-fitting skull cap, with a uraeus to the brow, and a collar with a fringe of teardrop pendants; the other side showing a male official with a wig of dense curly hair, a large lentoid eye, and a tiered collar of teardrops, triangular, pellet, and other elements in radiating bands; mounted in a bespoke wooden frame with stand. 1.38 kg total, 24 x 27 cm including stand
