Diademed and draped bust to left, wearing tiara; Γ behind / BAΣΙΛΕΩΣ BAΣΙΛΕΩN AΡΣAKOΥ OΛAΓAΣΟΥ ΔIKAIOΥ EΠΙΦANOΥΣ ΦΙΛΕΛΛHNOΣ, Vologases seated to left, receiving wreath from Tyche standing to right and holding scepter with left hand; EΛY (year) above, ΔIOY (month) in exergue.
