Diademed and draped bust to left / BAΣIΛEΩC BAΣIΛEΩN APΣAKOY EYEPΓETOY ΔIKAIOY EΠIΦANOYΣ ΦIΛEΛΛHNOΣ, Phraates seated to right on throne, receiving palm from Tyche standing to right, holding cornucopia, pellet between; uncertain date in exergue. Cf. Sellwood 51.43; cf. Callataÿ, Tétradrachmes 224. Near Very Fine. Banker's mark on reverse.(9.20gr, 28mm, 1h.).
