Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Hyperberetaios(?) 286 SE (September 24 BC). Diademed and draped bust to left, with pointed beard / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ above, ΑΡΣΑΚΟ[Y] EYEPΓETOY to right, ΔΙΚΑΙΟ[Y] and [YΠΕΡ?] (date) below, [Ε]ΠΙΦΑΝΟ[YΣ ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ] to left, Phraates seated to right on throne, receiving palm frond from Tyche standing to left, who holds sceptre with left hand; above Tyche's extended arm, ↅΠΣ (date) above pellet.
