Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Artemisios (April) of uncertain year. Diademed and draped bust to left, with pointed beard / ΒΑΣΙΛΕ[ΩΣ] ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ above, ΑΡΣΑΚΟ[Y] EYEPΓET[OY] to right, ΔΙΚΑΙΟY and [A]PTEM (date) below, [Ε]ΠΙΦΑΝΟYΣ [ΦΙΛ]ΕΛΛΗΝ[ΟΣ] to left, Mithradates seated to right on throne, receiving palm frond from Tyche standing to left, who holds sceptre with left hand; above extended Tyche's arm ΠΛΡ monogram above pellet; V•A beneath throne; A between Mithradates' feet.
