Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Holöos [SE 323(?)] (July AD 12). Diademed bust to left, wearing slight beard, earring, and spiral torque / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ ΑΡΣΑΚΟΥ ΕΥΕΡΓΕΤΟΥ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΥ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟΥΣ ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ, Artabanos seated to right, Tyche standing to left before him, presenting palm frond and holding cornucopia; OΛVΩ above Tyche's arm, [year in exergue].
