Kingdom of Macedon, Time of Alexander III - Philip III Arrhidaios AR Tetradrachm. Circa 324-320 BC.
Tyre mint. Uncertain RY of 'Ozmilk. Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress, paws tied beneath chin / ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ, Zeus seated to left on backless throne, right leg drawn back, his feet resting on a low foot rest, holding long sceptre in his left hand and, in his right, eagle standing to right with closed wings; -|O (Phoenician 'K = 'Ozmilk [king of Tyre]) and uncertain date in Phoenician in left field. Cf. Price 3279 (Ake; RY 30). Very Fine.(16.93gr, 27mm, 12h).
