Ireland. Plantagenet, John, as King AR Penny. Struck 1208/9-circa 1211/2. Dublin mint; Roberd, moneyer. Third ('Rex') coinage.

IOҺA-NNЄS RЄ-X, crowned facing bust, holding cross-tipped-sceptre, rosette to lower right; all within triangle / ROBЄ-RD ON DIVЄ, sun, moon, and three stars within triangle; crosses in outer margins. SCBC 6228. Fine. Toned.(1.43gr, 18mm, 2h.).
