A bell-shaped hollow-form fertility idol formed as a female figure, both hands cupping breasts, applied eyes, pinched nose, prominent chin; wearing long garment and a headdress; piercing on the head; hole in the side of head. [No Reserve]

'David Gold amassed a sizable collection of Indus Valley pottery, both vessels and figurative during his retirement, a plaque to David and his brother was recently unveiled by Westminster Council above 43 Carnaby Street, commemorating their business that made Carnaby Street synonymous with fashion in the 1960s.'
