David Gold amassed a sizable collection of Indus Valley pottery, both vessels and figurative during his retirement, a plaque to David and his brother was recently unveiled by Westminster Council above 43 Carnaby Street, commemorating their business that made Carnaby Street synonymous with fashion in the 1960s. -
