[...]Ꞃ : DЄI : GRA[...], crowned facing bust; rose to upper left and lower right, star to upper right and lower left / [...] DVB-L[...], long cross pattée with rose at center; two roses and one sun in first and fourth quarters, two suns and one rose in second and third.
