ҺЄNRICVS (NR ligate) RЄX (X with one curved limb) III', crowned facing head holding lis-tipped sceptre to left / ҺЄN-RI O-N LV-NDЄ (ЄN and ND ligate), long voided cross, quatrefoils in each angle.
