CAROLVS•II•DEI•GRATIA, laureate and draped bust of Charles II to right / MAG BR•FRA• ET•HIB REX•16-68•, crowned cruciform shields around central Garter star; conjoined Cs in each quarter. SCBC 3375. Good Fine.(5.91gr, 25mm, 6h.).

Provenance

From the private collection of author and historian Dr DeWitt Bailey, one of the global authorities on the confederate army in the US civil war; thence by descent to his grandson.
