London mint; i.m: mullet. CAROLV D G MA BRI, single-arched crown; below, two crossed sceptre handles / FRA ET HIB REX ★, crowned rose. Cf. SCBC 3204. Fine.(0.63gr, 13mm, 12h.).

Found whilst searching with a metal detector near Eynsham, Oxfordshire, UK, before 1996.
