Gallienus BI Antoninianus. AD 253-268.

Contemporary struck forgery. Uncertain mint. GALLIENVS AVG, radiate head to right / MONETA AVG, Moneta standing to left, holding scales and cornucopia. Cf. MIR 36, Tafel 136, Zf 78; cf. Cunetio 2792. Good Very Fine. Some original silvering remaining. An interesting issue with reverse type from Postumus issues (cf. AGK 45).(3.67gr, 20mm, 6h). [No Reserve]
