Framed Watercolour Painting by Nezami
PERSIA, 18TH CENTURY A.D.
12 1/4 x 9 1/4 in. (503 grams, 31 x 23.5 cm).
Showing two figures seated facing in a landscape, beneath a tree, the older male figure reading from a book to the younger, possibly his son, gilt embellishments to their rich clothing and books, signed Nezami bottom left under the seated man; set in a reveal within a glazed wooden frame.
