Evans Transitional 34-Shot Musket
1866-1867 A.D.
46 in. (3.85 kg, 117 cm).
By Evans Repeating Co, with 71 cm (28") round barrel with 34 shot tubular magazine in butt and hinged back-sight, two-piece wood stock with steel butt plate, sling swivels, and collars; action working well and believed only 150 made.

The spearhead belongs to a typology of spears widespread in the Marlik region, which Negahban divided into two categories. This spearhead belongs to type I, spearheads with long blades, broad midrib, rectangular sectioned tang and reinforced shaft opening to reveal the tang and rounded shoulders. -

The type of helmet composed from rivetted plates is a long-lived military fashion depicted from Late Antiquity to the medieval period.
