English Miniature Portrait Pair

19TH CENTURY A.D.

5 3/4 - 5 7/8 in. (223 grams total, 14.5 - 15 cm).

Comprising two profile portraits of a man and a woman in period costumes, the lady shown with an elaborate high hairstyle and large earrings, card set in a metal and wooden frame; inked handwritten note behind the lady's portrait reading 'Miss Baker. Mrs M.A. Aston'. [2]
