CAROLVS (V over S) • II • DEI • GRATIA, laureate and draped bust to right / MAG• BR • FRA • ET • HIB• REX •, crowned cruciform shields, interlinked Cs in angles, rayed Garter Star at centre, seven strings to harp, date above. Edge inscription: •++• DECVS • ET • TVTAMEN •★• ANNO • REGNI • XV. SCBC 3361; ESC 440 (457A). Very Fine. Very rare (R2 for ESC).(14.77gr, 32mm, 6h).
