In the centre, bust of socialite Lucy Petway Holcombe Pickens to right, wearing laurel wreath. To the left, two soldiers in military attires, wearing hats and holding riffles, one sitting, the other standing. To the right, bust of senator George Wythe Randolph slightly to left. Criswell 347.
