Celtic Iron Age Coins - Catuvellauni - Tasciovanus - AR Capricorn Type Unit c.25 B.C.-10 A.D.
Obv: wreath with opposing crescents at centre, teardrops emanating from crescents, TASC in angles. Rev: winged capricorn, VIR below. Extremely fine, struck in good silver with a pleasing tone, possibly the finest known. Very rare.(1.31 grams, 13.65 mm.).
