Celtic Britannia, Iceni. Anted AR Plated Unit. Circa AD 10-30.
Icenian G type. Two outline crescents back-to-back, two pellets between, on a central band set on vertical wreath / Celticised horse prancing to right, with grain ear mane; two pellets beneath tail, pelletal sun above, reversed S before; below, pellet triad, line of three horizontal pellets and monogram of ANTD. Van Arsdell 715-1; ABC 1645; BMC 3960-4009. Good Very Fine.(0.67gr, 12mm). [No Reserve]
