Babylonian Sphendonoid Hematite Weight of 10 Shekels. Late Bronze Age, circa 1500-1200 BC.
Grain-shaped weight stone with flat base. Hendin, Ancient Scale and Weights, p.137, 8-9 var. (5 Shekels). Condition as seen.(88gr, 59mm x 26mm.).
