Anglo-Saxon Silvered Bronze Sword Scabbard Pyramid Mount
6TH CENTURY A.D.
1 1/4 in. (22.1 grams total, 30 mm high including stand).
Each of the four faces displaying three punched triangles arranged in pyramid configuration, with reserved chevron between; recess to top with inset garnet (chipped); hollow reverse; mounted on a custom-made stand with banded agate fusiform bead. [No Reserve]
