Found whilst searching with a metal detector in Brompton-on-Swale and Scorton, Richmondshire, North Yorkshire, UK, on 8 November 2014; declared as 'not treasure' under Treasure reference no.2015 T386, and returned to the finder. Accompanied by a copy of the British Museum's Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS) report no.DUR-353A49.
