Anglo-Saxon Bronze Bear Mask Mount

6TH-8TH CENTURY A.D.

7/8 in. (6.85 grams, 22 mm).

Piriform in plan and plano-convex in section with raised vertical rib for the nose, two scaphoid eyes, remains of D-shaped lateral ears. [No Reserve]
