Ancient Roman Imperial Coins - Probus - AE Antoninianus 281 A.D.
Rome mint. Obv: IMP PROBVS AVG, radiate, helmeted and cuirassed bust left, holding spear over right shoulder and shield on left arm. Rev: VICTORIA AVG, Victory walking left, holding wreath and trophy. Mintmark R thunderbolt digamma. Good very fine.(3.94 grams, 27 mm.).
