Rome mint. Obv: IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, laureate and cuirassed bust to right. Rev: SALVS PVBLICA, Salus seated to left, feeding snake coiled around altar. Good very fine.(2.16 grams, 18 mm.). [No Reserve]
