Comprising two hollowed-out cut horns with an opening at the narrow end. [2, No Reserve]

The Zulus pay a great deal of attention to intestinal medicine, purging themselves of impurities on a regular basis. These horn tips would have been used to introduce emetics via the rectum to purify them.
